One of our India pharmaceutical customer used open cooling systems for a long period, which use a lot of energy, the scaling in the pipes led to frequent stoppages in daily production. The technical engineer of Huatal Group remold the cooling system for the customer and submitted the PID diagram. After the customer rectified and adopts our double air inlet HBY cross flow type closed cooling tower, it was found that the evaporation capacity was reduced to 1/3 of the original, the power consumption was reduced by half, and the system was running stably without scaling, which created value for the customer and won the customer's praise.
