How to maintain the ventilation system of a closed cooling tower (1)?

Closed cooling towers (also known as closed cooling towers, closed cooling towers) are used more and more frequently in industrial cooling. Daily maintenance of closed cooling towers is essential to extend their life. If maintenance is not timely, failures or damage may occur, shortening the service life of the cooling tower. 1. The use environment should always be kept clean, the surface of the fan should be kept clean, and there should be no debris at the inlet and outlet. Regularly remove dust and other debris from the fan.
2. The fan can only be operated when it is completely normal. At the same time, the power supply facilities must have sufficient capacity and stable voltage. It is strictly forbidden to operate in a phase-missing manner. The power supply line must be a dedicated line, and temporary lines should not be used for power supply for a long time.
3. If the fan is found to have abnormal sound, severe heating of the motor, live shell, switch tripping, and inability to start during operation, it should be stopped and checked immediately. In order to ensure safety, maintenance is not allowed during the operation of the fan. After the inspection, the machine should be tested for about five minutes to confirm that there is no abnormality before starting the machine.
4. According to the use environment conditions, the bearings should be replenished or replaced with lubricating grease from time to time (the motor closed bearings do not need to be replaced with lubricating grease during the service life). To ensure the good lubrication of the fan during operation, the ball bearings of the fan shaft should be filled with lubricating grease every 1000 hours or every 3 months. The grease should be injected slowly to avoid damaging the bearing seal. When using different types of lubricating oil, the original lubricating oil on the bearing should be completely removed.
