    Model HBY cross flow closed cooling tower is one of the main product of HuaTal Group, which is famous for its high heat transfer efficiency and stable performance. 

       Its working principle is as follows:

      1) Internal circulating water system: the circulating water in the coil pipe is cooled by the closed cooling tower, and sent to the heat source (the equipment that need to be cooled) by the circulating water pump of the system. The circulating water is heated by heat transfer and back to the closed cooling tower for cooling again.

    2) External circulating water system: the external spraying water reaches the purpose of cooling the internal circulating water inside the coil pipe through heat exchange, falls into the lower water basin, then sent to the spraying water tank by the spray pump for recycling again. 

     The heat exchange between Internal circulating water and the External circulating water is carried by the coil pipes, which can avoid the water pollution caused by the direct contact between the cooling water and the air. As the spray water is pre-cooled by PVC fills, its heat transfer effect is more obvious. Compared with the open cooling tower, its structure features and the realization of electronic control function can save water remarkably.
