JY Automatic Dosing Device
In the water cooling system, it is necessary to add various chemical agents as scale inhibition, sterilization and algae, coagulation and flocculation to achieve the purpose of water purification.
These agents have solid particles, liquid, in the dosing process must be dissolved, diluted and according to the proportion of quantitative dosing, so dosing device is a set of dosing, stirring, liquid transport, automatic control in one of the complete set of equipment.
1.Injection valve sizes G3/8 "and G1/2".
2.Pipe connection dimensions can be adapted according to customer requirements.
3.Electrical conductivity and other online detector, turbidity meter, pharmaceutical concentration detector, electromagnetic blowdown valve, PLC control, etc., can be selected.
4.High degree of automation, uniform and accurate dosing. The dosage is controlled by microcomputer dosing controller (metering pump), which requires no manual operation except regular dosing into the dissolving barrel, saving a lot of manpower and making the dosage more accurate.
5.Long service life. All the parts in contact with the liquid are PE engineering plastics, resistant to strong acid, strong alkali and aging.
