Integrated skid-mounted cooling tower

For some small cooling projects, we connect the small counter flow closed tower with the circulating water pump, circulating water tank and control system to form an integrated model, which is convenient for users to use the product.

Nozzle

The cooling tower nozzle has the advantages of high strength and long service life. The cooling tower nozzle used by Jiangsu Huatal has the advantages of light weight, high strength, low water pressure, uniform water distribution, good splashing effect, good heat dissipation effect, long service life (more than 15 years), easy installation and maintenance, etc. The main material of the cooling tower nozzle is ABS plastic one-time injection molding, which is easy to clean, conducive to improving the cooling effect of the cooling tower and corrosion resistance.

Filler

PVC filler is made of 100% raw materials, with strong cold resistance, excellent hydrophilicity, thermal conductivity and corrosion resistance. It is a flame retardant material, and its corrosion resistance and biological damage resistance are among the best in the heat transfer industry, with a long service life.
The water spray filler is made of vacuum blister-formed PVC material, equipped with wind guide louvers and water condensers, with good water collection and wind guide effects.

Mechanical seal

Mechanical seals are an indispensable key component of water pumps and are mainly used in the shaft sealing device of water pumps. Its core function is to form a dynamic sealing interface under the joint action of medium pressure and elastic elements through precisely matched dynamic and static ring components, effectively preventing fluid leakage and ensuring the safe operation of water pumps.
The mechanical seals provided by Jiangsu Huatal are composed of dynamic rings, static rings, springs, sealing rings and anti-rotation mechanisms, and are made of highly wear-resistant materials such as silicon carbide and cemented carbide. Compared with traditional packing seals, it has significant advantages such as small leakage (can reach zero leakage), long service life (more than 8,000 hours), and low friction power consumption. Greatly improve the service life of water pumps.

Fan

The fan is an extremely important component. It experiences
relatively harsh working environments such as high temperature, high humidity, and corrosion. Therefore, it is necessary to configure a special fan for the working conditions of the closed cooling tower:

Cooling system auxiliary equipment
