Constant Pressure Water Supply Cooling Tower System
The Constant Pressure Water Supply cooling tower system is a water supply device which combines the inverter with the pump motor.
It takes the water pressure of the pump outlet (or the user's water flow) as the setting parameter, and controls the output frequency of the inverter through the pressure transmitter in the pipeline to adjust the speed of the pump motor.
To achieve the regulation of water pressure in the pipeline, the water supply system automatically constant pressure stable at the set pressure value: when the water consumption increases, the frequency increases and the speed of the pump accelerates; When the water consumption is reduced, the frequency is reduced and the pump speed is slowed down.
1.No negative pressure: the operation of the system and the water refill pressure will not cause the negative pressure of the pressure refill system.
2.Adjustable pressure: The system pressure can be set by adjusting the value of the pressure transmitter.
3.The system is highly automated: the system can realize automatic control, with automatic switching, automatic pressure adjustment, constant voltage, high and low voltage protection, under-phase protection, leakage protection, overload protection, overheat protection, automatic digital display temperature control and other functions. PLC can be configured according to requirements, visual remote adjustment, monitoring and maintenance, access to remote DCS system.
