Working Principle

In the industrial water cooling system, the system requires a water supply below 32 ° C, and the customer will use a refrigerator for low temperature water cooling. Chillers, such as screw chiller, have large input power and consume electricity. On this basis, we invented the low temperature water supply closed cooling tower system. The system automatically switches control according to the temperature. When the water temperature of the closed cooling tower meets the customer's use, the system switches to the closed cooling tower for cooling. When the water temperature of the closed cooling tower can not meet the customer's use, switch to the water-cooled screw unit cooling, at this time the closed cooling tower cooling chiller. The system has a high degree of automation, and the annual power consumption of the system is 2/3 less than that of only using the refrigerator.

 

Product Characteristics

The system should be optional: water-cooled screw chiller, closed cooling tower, temperature sensor, electric valve, PLC control system. When the closed cooling tower can reach the water temperature, close the water-cooled screw chiller, and the closed cooling tower runs independently; When the water temperature of the closed cooling tower cannot reach, the system switches to the water-cooled screw chiller, and the closed cooling tower system automatically switches to the water-cooled screw chiller.
