Cooling Principle

The working fluid (water or other liquid) circulates in the coil of the closed cooling tower, and the heat of the working fluid is dispersed through the coil into the water flowing through the coil.

 

At the same time, the air outside the unit enters from the side and top, forming a cross with the flow direction of the water, and a small part of the water evaporates through the coil to absorb the heat, and the hot and wet air is discharged into the atmosphere by the fan at the top of the cooling tower.

 

The rest of the water falls into the bottom tank and is recirculated by the pump to the water distribution system through the coil to the filler.

 

Product Characteristics

The HBV single intake combined flow closed cooling tower is provided with an inspection channel, which can easily inspect the coil.

 

The cross-type air flow path makes the spray water form a wrapper on the outer wall of the coil to avoid the formation of dry points. The sloped coil design makes it more convenient to empty the inner circulating water during the shutdown in winter, and the anti-freezing effect is remarkable.

 

The spray water passes through the filler to control the spray water temperature and slow down the scaling time on the outer wall of the coil.
