Cooling Principle

The working fluid (water or other liquid) circulates in the coil of the closed cooling tower, and the heat of the working fluid is dispersed through the coil into the water flowing through the coil.

 

At the same time, the air outside the unit enters from the double side and top, forming a cross with the flow direction of the water, and a small part of the water evaporates through the coil to absorb the heat, and the hot and wet air is discharged into the atmosphere by the fan at the top of the cooling tower.

 

The rest of the water falls into the bottom tank and is recirculated by the pump to the water distribution system through the coil to the filler.

 

Product Characteristics

The HBVS type double air inlet combined flow closed cooling tower, as a kind of extensibility tower of single air inlet compound flow closed tower, is provided with a wide access channel to facilitate the maintenance of coils.

 

The cross-type air flow path makes the spray water form a wrapper on the outer wall of the coil to avoid the formation of dry points.

 

The double air inlet composite flow closed cooling tower solves the problem of insufficient flow of a single tower with single air inlet composite flow. The maximum overflow of a single tower can reach 600m³/h, it can be lined up along the side inlet, and is suitable for large water cooling projects.
