Cooling Principle

The working fluid (water or other liquid) circulates in the coil of the closed cooling tower, and the heat of the working fluid is dispersed through the coil into the water flowing through the coil.

 

At the same time, the air outside the unit enters from the air intake at the bottom, crosses with the flow direction of the water, flows through the coil in the opposite direction, a small part of the water evaporates and absorbs the heat, and the hot and humid air is discharged into the atmosphere by the fan at the top of the cooling tower.

 

The rest of the water falls into the collection pan at the bottom of the cooling tower, and is recirculated by the pump to the water distribution system and then poured back onto the coil.
