Cooling Principle

Water (hot water) enters the inlet of the upper part of the cooling tower, and is sprayed to the filler by the water nozzle with pressure cloth;At the same time, the cold air enters the air inlet grille at the lower part of the cooling tower, and the water is countercurrent through the packing, and a part of the water is evaporated, thereby taking away the heat and reducing the water temperature.The hot and humid air is discharged into the atmosphere by the top fan. The cooled water falls into the water pan and is returned to the heat source device, and so on.

Product Characteristics

The outer plate and structural support of steel material are easy to install and do not produce solid waste.

The counter-flow vertical upward exhaust design keeps the distance between the exhaust outlet and the intake outlet, and the hot and humid air is directly discharged upward from the exhaust outlet to the atmosphere, reducing the possibility of air backflow.

The width is customized according to the container size, single or multi-module units can be used for container and export transportation.
