HKY FRP Cross-flow Cooling Tower
High efficiency (cooling efficiency 100%): the core components of the cooling tower are independently developed by our company with independent intellectual property and feature outstanding performance; the tower body features reasonable size design with adequate margin for stuffing volume and air quantity, the thermal performance of the cooling tower reaches 100%.
Effective and energy saving: Under the precondition of same cooling efficiency, if the body size of the cooling tower, the heat exchange area of stuffing and the fan has bigger size, the fan will have low rotating speed, thus dropping the power of the fan shaft, and saving the working cost for user.
Low noise: It adopts quality muffle material and driving components to effectively control the mechanical noise; the tank type spray can distribute water, and the water spraying tank is equipped with cover to drop the water noise to lowest; the tower body is big, the fan has low noise, thus completely ensuring the working of cooling tower under low noise.
Connection of several units: it doesn’t affect the normal working when individual fan is fault.
When assembling two or more fans, it is suggested to install the balance pipe to balance the water level of the underpan.
