Cooling Principle

The water (hot water) enters the inlet of the upper part of the cooling tower, and the water distribution tray at the top evenly sprinkles the hot water filler;

 

At the same time, the cold air enters by the air inlet on the side of the cooling tower, forming a 90-degree Angle with the water through the packing, and a part of the water is evaporated, thereby taking away the heat and reducing the water temperature.

 

The hot and humid air is discharged into the atmosphere by the top fan. The cooled water falls into the water pan and is returned to the heat source device, and so on.

 

Product Characteristics

The outer plate and structural support of steel material are easy to install and do not produce solid waste.

 

Air inlet in the width direction, splicing in the length direction, saving space, while not affecting heat transfer.

 

There is no need to shut down the pump for maintenance, and the fan adopts belt drive or gear drive to effectively reduce noise.
