Cooling Principle

The working fluid (water or sewage containing impurities) is circulated in the tubular heat exchanger of the closed cooling tower, and the heat in the fluid is dispersed through the pipe wall into the water flowing through the straight pipe.

At the same time, the air outside the unit enters from the lower air intake, crosses the flow direction of the water, flows through the coil in the opposite direction, a small part of the water evaporates and absorbs the heat, and the hot and humid air is discharged into the atmosphere by the fan at the top of the cooling tower.

The rest of the water falls into the bottom water tray and is recirculated by the pump to the water distribution system and back to the tube and box heat exchanger.
